COVID-19 PROTOCOL

The protocol is in place for both the client & Lash Artist alike
We must strictly adhere to these efforts in response to COVID-19

In order to make this a smooth transition, please familiarize yourself with the following changes

SCREENING

• All new & existing clients must answer a COVID-19 Screening & Consent Form at the beginning of the service

LASH ARTIST’S COMMITMENT / STUDIO SPACE

• The Lash Artist will wear a mask at all times

• The Lash Artist will use the BC COVID-19 Self-Assessment tool herself, daily & commits to canceling all appointments if symptoms appear

• The door, doorknobs, light switches & tap handles will be sanitized between each client

• The bed, light, & lash trolley will be sanitized at the beginning & end of each day, including between each client

• Disinfectant has been replaced with a sterilant (use of a sterilant exceeds the industry standard)

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS / APPOINTMENTS

• Clients are asked to arrive on time & not early or late for appointments

  • Upon arrival - we ask that you stay in your car and either check in on Vagaro or text 571-337-8382. We will then let you know when to come in! ​

• Clients must bring a mask to wear at each appointment

• Clients may bring their own blanket (bedding will be removed to allow for reduced risk of transmission)

• Arrive to appointment unaccompanied

• Use hand sanitizer (provided by Beau.) or wash hands upon entry & after the treatment

• Take temperature upon arrival 

• All-new, disposable lash brushes used during your service will be sanitized prior to you taking them home

• Appointment buffers are in place to allow for enhanced sanitation & adequate sterilant processing times

• If you have traveled within, or outside of the United States within the last 14 days, please refrain from booking until your 14-day incubation period has passed

• If you display any flu-like symptoms, you must re-schedule your appointment

  • Fever

  • Shortness of breath

  • Dry cough

  • Runny nose

  • Sore throat

  • Headache
